Terms for Escape with Shar's independent travel research and itinerary-planning service.

Please read these terms before purchasing a planning service. They apply to the research and itinerary-planning service supplied by Escape with Shar. They do not replace the separate terms of airlines, hotels, booking sites or other travel providers you choose to use.
Escape with Shar provides independent holiday research and itinerary planning. It does not itself provide flights, accommodation, passenger transport, vehicle hire, excursions or other travel services.
The agreed service may include destination research, hotel shortlists, flight and route options, transfers, local transport, activities, restaurants and suggested itineraries. The exact scope depends on the Escape Plan or other written brief agreed with you.
You make all travel bookings yourself and pay the relevant provider directly. Your contract for each travel service is with that provider, subject to its own booking conditions, cancellation terms and policies.
The service is designed as research and planning only. Escape with Shar does not combine and sell travel services for an inclusive or total travel price, take customer payment for travel services, or transfer customer booking/payment details between travel providers. The UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 can apply to particular ways in which travel services are combined or facilitated, so the operating model should be reviewed if the business later changes how bookings, payments or linked provider processes are handled.
You are responsible for giving accurate information about dates, travellers, budget, airports, preferences and requirements. Research is based on the information available at the time.
Travel prices, schedules, availability, entry rules and provider terms can change at any time. An Escape Plan is not a reservation, quotation from a travel provider or guarantee of availability. Check the live details before booking.
Planning fees pay for research and itinerary-planning time. They do not include the price of travel services. The fee, scope and payment timing should be confirmed before paid work begins.
Each Escape Plan includes only the revisions stated for that package or otherwise agreed in writing. Additional research or revisions may attract an extra fee, which will be agreed before the work is done.
Any cancellation or refund rights for the planning service depend on the circumstances, the stage of work and the consumer rights that apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the service is requested to begin during a statutory cancellation period, any required express request or acknowledgement should be obtained before work starts.
You are responsible for checking and meeting passport validity, visa, immigration, customs, health and entry requirements using official sources before travel.
Tell Escape with Shar about practical requirements relevant to the research. You remain responsible for confirming directly with providers that accommodation, transport or activities can safely and appropriately meet those requirements. Escape with Shar does not provide medical advice.
Suitable travel insurance is strongly recommended. Escape with Shar does not sell, arrange or advise on regulated insurance products.
Links and recommendations help you locate services but do not mean Escape with Shar controls or guarantees the provider. Review the provider's terms, cancellation conditions and suitability before making payment.
Reasonable care and skill will be used when carrying out the planning service. Travel information can change after research is completed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The personalised Escape Plan is supplied for the customer's personal use and may be shared with the travelling party. Escape with Shar branding, templates and original planning materials should not be reproduced commercially without permission.
The version made available when the planning service is purchased will apply to that order. Terms may be updated for future orders.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
